2001 年 生平第一次出國：紐西蘭跟團。
2004 年 生平第一次自助旅行：澳洲跨年。
2007 年 醫學系畢業；偕友人紐西蘭自助行逾三週。
2007 年 入伍當醫官。
2008 年 退伍；關西自助。
2009 年 耳鼻喉科住院醫師第一年。
2010 年 生平第一次單獨自助旅行：日本廣島及宮島。
2011 年 帶第一次出國的弟弟日本自助行：立山黑部。
2014 年 耳鼻喉科住院醫師五年畢，考專科；南美南極一人自助行；
美國加州 Nancy Duarte 簡報課；巴西 TEDGlobal
2015 年 偕友人第一次東南亞自助旅行－柬埔寨。
現任台中中港澄清醫院耳鼻喉科主治醫師
2016 年 與好友知名設計師/攝影師 吳大有 醫師於中東自助旅行，集滿七大洲。
美國耳鼻喉科醫學會時順便墨西哥一日自助。日本四國自助。
2017 年 印度自助。
2018 年 和好友到俄羅斯自助旅行，北極極光一次收集。
2019 年 獨自到東南亞的寮國自助旅行。
2017 年 印度自助。
2018 年 和好友到俄羅斯自助旅行，北極極光一次收集。
2019 年 獨自到東南亞的寮國自助旅行。
2020 年～2022 年：全球 COVID-19 疫情。
2022 年 疫情後開放出國，至名列日本三大名泉及三大古泉的有馬溫泉慶生。
2023 年 偕朋友至加拿大自助旅行，黃刀市看極光及洛磯山脈景觀列車。
2024 年 與好友知名設計師/攝影師 吳大有 醫師於歐洲自助旅行：威米波克斯
