今日後庭百花開，
曇花一現一日采。

以色列，這個國土不到台灣三分之二、人口不到四成（八百多萬）的國家，幾乎所有人一聽到我們來以色列，都有同樣的印象和關心：那不是常在打戰的國家？很危險不擔心嗎？

石色高棉（四） 柬埔寨旅遊－小吳哥

One afternoon, on a scorching day,

目前柬埔寨是君主制（所以國王從赤柬後一直想跟總理爭權），國號是「柬埔寨王國」，國旗上的建築就是鼎鼎大名 傳說中 的吳哥窟（Angkor Wat），也就是俗稱的「小吳哥」。五座佛塔中央最高（55～65公尺），一樣是宇宙中心須彌山的象徵，塔頂成蓮花含苞待放貌。導遊說當地法律規定所有建築物的高度不可以超過吳哥窟。只看到三座塔是因為後面兩座被前面兩座擋住了（也比較好畫）。遊玩過 大有哥 大吳哥後，就來參觀此行最重點－小吳哥（吳哥窟）啦！

中東五國：埃及（下）出埃及記

 مِـنْ أَيِّ عَهـدٍ فـي القُـرَى تتَـدَفَّقُ؟

وبـأَيِّ كَـفٍّ فـي المـدائن تُغْـدِقُ؟

And what type of generosity you bestow on the cities
 (what whitehand you have on cities and towns)
Did you originate from heavens or
Sprang as streams from Paradise. . .

Ages passed and you never change. . .

Overflow the land, long liveNile and your flood.

Ahmed Shawqi （أحمد شوقي）是很有名的埃及詩人，有「詩歌王子」之稱（أمير الشعراء；The Prince of Poets）。世界第一長的尼羅河，孕育出古埃及文化，包括金字塔，當然也和現在的伊斯蘭埃及密切相關。既然住在尼羅河畔，自然想一親芳澤，可惜這附近不知為何不得其門而入，看著停泊其上的河上餐廳，只能望河興嘆了！
